This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website axenspain.com, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI-CE and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), work in a similar way and are subject to the same rules.

2. This website does not use cookies

According to the technical review carried out on 20 October 2026, the website axenspain.com:

• does not set any cookies, either its own or third-party ones;
• does not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels or any other tracking tools;
• does not load embedded third-party content (such as videos or maps); fonts are served from the website itself.

That is why no cookie banner is shown and no consent is requested: there are no cookies or tracking technologies that would require it.

3. Technical browser storage

The website stores only the following technical data in your browser. It does not identify you, is not shared with third parties and is used only for the website itself to work:

• axen-intro-seen (local storage): the date on which the welcome animation on the home page was shown, so that it is not repeated on every visit. Kept for 30 days.
• axen-variants (session storage): created only if you open a design preview address (with parameters such as “?eco=”); it remembers the selected variant. Deleted when you close the browser.

This is technical storage needed to display the website as requested and is exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

4. Links to third-party services

The website contains links to WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Maps, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok. These services are not loaded on our website: they open only if you click the link, and from then on their own cookie and privacy policies apply.

5. How to delete stored data

You can delete the data stored by the website at any time in your browser settings (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge or another browser), in the privacy section, “Cookies and site data” or “Clear browsing data”.

6. Changes to this policy

If non-technical cookies (for example, analytics cookies) are added to the website in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before they are set.

7. Languages

This policy is available in Spanish, Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
